Shipping & Returns

In stock website orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order, Monday through Friday.

As part of the preorder process, Preppy Peach communicates an expected shipping arrival window which may vary. Preorder items are shipped within a week of delivery from our manufacturer.

Returns from preorders are only accepted in limited circumstances. If you have been sent the wrong item or received a defective item, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment so that we can help resolve the issue.
